This policy covers subscriptions bought on our website. Purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules; the relevant steps are below.
7-Day Cooling-Off Period (Website Purchases)
For a new subscription bought on our website through Waffo, we offer a 7-day cooling-off period. If you are not satisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided that you have not used any AI processing features.
Important Exception: AI Usage
Because AI processing has significant computational costs, once your account has generated any AI processing records for a website purchase (such as content extraction, summarization or semantic search), that subscription is considered fully delivered.
In that case, you agree to waive your right to a refund for the current billing cycle. This cooling-off period and AI exception apply only to website purchases; App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules.
How to Request a Refund
Website purchases: contact our support team at support@insightbento.com with your account email and transaction ID. We review the request and usage history under this policy. App Store purchases: request a refund from Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides whether a refund is available and how long it takes under its own rules; we cannot promise a 7-day cooling-off period or a fixed processing time for App Store purchases.

Website subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard; Pro features continue until the end of the current billing period, after which you will not be charged again. App Store subscriptions are managed in your Apple subscription settings. The quarterly pass sold in the App Store is a one-time purchase for three calendar months and does not auto-renew, so there is no renewal to cancel.
